These positions will focus on the high performance composites in civil engineering, and bio-inspired composites for flexible armor. For the post-doc positions, in addition to a strong understanding of solid mechanics and materials, experience in FE modelling using LS-DYNA is highly desirable. For the faculty positions, the candidate should have strong research background in high performance construction materials (i.e. fiber reinforced polymers (FRP) composites, and fiber/textile reinforced cementitious composites) or bio-inspired materials. </span></p>
