Hello eveyone

I am struggling in computing the energy release rates (ERRs) for a kinked carck from an interface crack. I have used the Revised VCCT. I made the calcuations by hand. I wonder if I can implement the kinked crack in Abaqus and let it do the calculations of the ERRs.

I would like to generate an input file with python.

I have written my python script, and i want to write an input file without submitting the job.

I write at the end of the script:

I need help in setting the s23 on a certain surface in my model to be zero. But the following pops up:
"loads must be created with a non zero magnitudes unless utilizing a user subroutine"

what subroutine shall I use and how?
