Topology optimization of magnetic source distributions for diamagnetic and superconducting levitation

Topology optimization is used to obtain a magnetic source distribution providing levitation of a diamagnetic body or type I superconductor with maximized thrust force. We show that this technique identifies non-trivial source distributions and may be useful to design devices based on non-contact magnetic suspension and other magnetic devices, such as micro-magneto-mechanical devices, high field magnets etc.

Abaqus python script: finding an element containing a given point

Hello!

I have a point with coordinates x,y,z. Is it possible to detemine from python script to which element this point belongs to?

Thank you!

Abaqus steady-state conjugate heat transfer co-simulation

Did anyone run Abaqus steady-state conjugate heat transfer cosimulation?

How do I set incrementation to be consistent in abaqus/cfd and abaqus/standard for steady-state co-simulation?
