To calculate stress intensity factor ANSYS have two option:

1. Plane stress

2. Plane Strain

In a completely 3D problem, How can I use ANSYS to calculate stress intensity factor with out using J integral?

I have advance vibration this term and one of our research homework is to find all solutions that have been presented for parabolic forth order PDE. I am looking for some reference for it. Is there anybody know about it?
