Reinitilization

Hii,

I am using reinitilization after 50h time step for time step
3.7e-8 for calculating energy. In plot reinitilization looks not
regular.

what kind of plot we can expect when there is reinit..

I tried my best to plot graph regular but all fail.

Please send me some comments.

Level Set Methods

Hello,

I am also new with this subject. I will be thankful if someone can recommend me some beginning reads as well as some implementations of fast marching methods.

Thanks
