Probably you have to visit the websites of professors and groups working in an area that you are interested in and contact them. Your PhD advisor may also have links with people active in your area of interest.

Here is an interesting forum where you can get some idea about or ask questions on career issues related to people in science.

I am about to complete my Ph.D. in mathematics from Panjab University Chandigarh, INDIA. Please suggest me a post doc position in USA. My resume is attached here.
