Rainflow matlab program

Hi,

I have donne the rainflow program last week for my MSC work. So if you want it just ask. The in put of my program is a vector with peak's and valley. I have donne the program based on the book "Fatigue Testing and Analysis - Theory and Practice" of Yung-Li lee et al.

See you.

Request

Hi Dear Adam Nieslony

Thank you for your reply, and sorry in writing

Unfortunately I couldn’t download your developed program on Mathworks
file exchange pages, because of some limitation in my country; I don't have
permission to access that site

I want to request you to send me the program by email,

My email addresses are: dardaei@modares.ac.ir and sadegh_dardaei@yahoo.com

Looking forward to hearing from you soon

Thank a lot.

Hi Sadegh darda,

If you are familiarly with the Matlab software then look on Mathworks file exchange pages:

http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/3026

for rainflow-counting written by me. Have fun and best regards,

Rainflow-counting algorithm

Hello Everyone

Cycle counting is used to summarize (often lengthy) irregular load-versus-time histories by providing the number of times cycles of various sizes occur. The definition of a cycle varies with the method of cycle counting. ASTM E1049 cover the procedures used to obtain cycle counts by various methods, including level-crossing counting, peak counting, simple-range counting, range-pair counting, and rainflow counting. Cycle counts can be made for time histories of force, stress, strain, torque, acceleration, deflection, or other loading parameters of interest.

I think some discussion about the above and some information about developed softwares or Toolboxes be really helpful for me.

Thanking you

Sadegh darda
