 <description>&lt;p&gt;If you write in Microsoft Word, you may not want to paste the text directly into the window of &amp;quot;Body&amp;quot;.  Microsoft Word puts in a large amount of formatting which is incompatible with every blog engine.  The result is a bad looking post.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To make your post look nice, click on the Microsoft Word icon in the toolbar in the &amp;quot;Body&amp;quot; section. A new window will pop up.  Paste your text into this window, and then click &amp;quot;Update&amp;quot; at the bottom left corner of the window. &lt;/p&gt;
