Could you attach a preprint of the paper for those of us who don&amp;#39;t have access to Experimental Mechanics?

Also, could you explain the Narcisus effect?&amp;nbsp; A wikipedia search does not turn up anything useful, so perhaps you could add a wikipedia page on the effect.
