Abaqus: Help in Setting a Boundary Condition

Hello, I have been trying to get some help with regards to Abaqus, hope someone in the community can help me with this..

I am doing a fatigue thermal analysis of an electronic flip chip undergoing thermal cycles. I am using a slice model of the chip and there is a particular boundary condition that I do not know how to apply in ABAQUS.

I want to make sure that a plane that is opposite the symmetry plane to remain parallel to the symmetry plane while the chip is undergoing thermal expansion. I understand I can do this by 'coupling' all the nodes on that plane to cause it to remain planar while the plane moving.

I understand in Ansys, you can just simply select those nodes, then select the degree of freedom to be constrained. But I am not sure for Abaqus. I tried using kinematic coupling constraint but it ran into warnings, something like inactive dofs and there were too many uppercuts attempted and so I terminated the simulation as I think that there could be something wrong with the way I set the constraint. But I am really not sure which area I have overlooked or missed..

Here's the link to download the INP file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/f27jvb6lha0r00w/ChipAssembly.rar

I hope someone can help me take a look at it to check if I have set the constraint correctly or I have done it properly..would be very appreciative of the help and advice offered.

Thank you
