The Research and Computer Aided Engineering group at Carrollton Technology Center of Halliburton is looking for an expert FEA analyst at principal engineer level. This position requires

1) Extensive experience with nonlinear finite element analysis and fundamental understanding and knowledge of Solid Mechanics.

2) In depth knowledge of finite element method, extensive experience with commercial FEA software, such as ABAQUS is highly desired.

3) A self-motivated team player.

4) Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external customers.

5) An advanced degree in Solid Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields is required; a Ph.D. degree is preferred.

For exceptional candidates, a higher level position, such as Technical Advisor, or Senior Technical Advisor may be considered.
