Geometry question

Hi guys,

This is my first post in this forum; hope you can guide me through
two issues

My first question is all about geometry of blind bolt, especially
the sleeve; I already try two ways to simulate the sleeve

First I try to create upper cylinder and the lower part and
rotate the lower parts and merge them, but this create problems in meshing  and create gaps between the two parts as illustrated
in the following picture

The second try was to use the revolution through the whole
part and subtract the unnecessary parts, but the problem the curvature of lower
part is different that the upper part due to use of revolution

My second question, is about stress strain relationship for
steel bolt, I have been told that if I have yield stress,moduals of elasticity,
and ultimate stress, I will be able to draw the whole stress strain curve in
the plastic range as well, but im not convince since if I want to model this as
bilinear or trilinear I still need starin and stress at some points in the plastic
 range, so could you advise me please.if this
correct or not

Since I don’t know if there is theoretical modelling  for this curve form only yield stress,moduals
of elasticity, and ultimate stress is applicable, and if it is applicable ,I don’t
think it will represent the real case, since my research depend a lot in the behaviour
in the plastic region
