Job Summary: Conceptualize, design, and test new components for drill bits, Turbodrill and other drilling tools and remedial products. Provide analyses and mathematical models to assist in providing innovative and cost effective solutions requiring the development or sustaining of new or improved techniques, procedures or products.  Qualifications:

•    M.S. with 3+ years of industrial experience or Ph.D. in solid mechanics or mechanical engineering.
•    Experiences in finite element analysis and mechanical design.
•    Ability to apply engineering skills to solve practical problem.
•    Ability to meet the project objectives in a timely fashion.•    Effective communication with different groups.
