New impact factor of Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica (AMSS): 1.330

   The new impact factor of Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica (AMSS) is 1.330, as revealed in the 2012 Journal Citation Reports published by Thomson Reuters. This is the third consecutive increase in Impact Factor of the journal.

   Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica (AMSS) aims to become the best solid mechanics journal in China and a worldwide journal of mechanics. The journal, by providing original and even breakthrough theories and methods of solid mechanics, builds up an international exchange platform for the communication of researchers in this field and serves the sustainable development of worldwide mechanics society.

   The Journal is devoted to the publication of research papers in English in all research areas of solid mechanics and its related disciplines in science, technology, and engineering, with a balanced coverage of analytical, experimental and numerical investigations.
