obtain compressive and tensile behavior for concrete ABAQUS

hello.
i am new user of abaqus.
i want model a column under cyclic loading.
i want define plasticity parameters in properties material abaqus.
i cant obtain compressive and tensile behavior for my concrete.
Compressive Strength of Cylindrical Concrete is : 6060 psi

how can i obtain yield stress and inelastic strain?(and tensile)
can you calculate for me?

and what about this parameters:
dilation angle ,       eccentricity ,      sigmab/sigmao,       k ,        viscosity parameter

please help me...
i cant do that and i dont have time.

my english not very well so i cant read Abaqus Theory Manual carefully.
