Confusing results from ABAQUS/Expilicit simulation of tensile test

Dear everybody,

I am newbie on ABAQUS simulation. I try to silumate a basic problem: tensile test an unit square Aluminum sheet by Shell S4R element. I used displacement condition where one edge is fixed and the opposite one is move up 10% of the edge length within 1s. For more detailly information, please see Fig. 1.

In my simulation, I used AL sheet with material properties as: Young's modulus E=63000, Poisson's ratio v=0.32, Combine hardening with only one number of backstress, yield stress 136, C1=1400, gamma=20, ccyclic hardening Q=110, b=7.5; Hill 1948 yield function with potential properties.

When I meshed the square by 1x1 until 5x5 element (S4R), the simulation can finish with similar results. But my problem is when I increase the number of element to mesh the square ( in my case is 7x7 or 10x10), simulation can not finish. I stopped after tensile about 5% (at save time of 50 over 100 that I set before) as show in Fig. 2. In the next save time, the results are crazy.

One more problem be found when I seperated the simulation to two steps. The first step perform tensile until 5%, then the second one tensile 5%. The step time of boths step is 0.5s. The first step can be finished with the results similar with prerious case of 5% tensile. Steps two gave a confusing results which can be found in Fig. 3

Someone can help me explain this? what wrong in my simulation process? I set Nlgeom ON in my simulation.

Thank you so much.
