Call for abstract: USNCCM14 MS806: Concurrent Multi-Length Scale Modeling: from Finite Elements to Atoms and Electrons
We cordially invite you to participate in the United States Association for Computational Mechanics (USACM)'s 14thU.S. National Congress on Computational Mechanics (USNCCM14) by giving a talk in our minisymposium MS806 entitled Multiscale Concurrent Multi-length scale modeling: from Finite Elements to Atoms and Electrons. The Congress will be held at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal, QC, Canada, July 17-20, 2017.
Topics of interest in MS806 include but not limited to:
1. Multiscale modeling from finite element methods (meshed or meshless, including XFEM, SPH,
EFG, etc) to atomistic simulations.
2. Quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics methods.
3. Full spectrum multiscale couplings (FEM/MM/QM and more).
4. Phase field models.
The official PDF version of the invitation is in the following link: HTTP://qpeng.org/conference/USNCCM14_invitation.pdf
The deadline of abstract submission (http://14.usnccm.org/abstract_instructions) is Feb 28th, 2017.
We look forward meeting you in Montréal, QC, Canada.
