Huawei Technologies in Shenzhen is actively looking for dynamics engineers/experts. Huawei technologies are a multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It is the largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer in the world with its products and services deployed in more than 140 countries and it currently serving 45 of the world's 50 largest telecoms operators. It is also one of the largest mobile phone manufacturers in the world. The requirement is as follows:-

1. Specialized in the field of electronic packaging or/and mechanics of material

2. Should be familiar with solder reliability, electronic packaging reliability, finite element analysis and experimental methods with respect to board level reliability

3. Work with other engineers to develop new nonlinear testing and simulation capabilities, particularly in high strain rate testing (such as drop impacting, vibration, etc).

4. Requires mechanical duties with an emphasis on testing of products and process involving nonlinear behavior and impact.

5. Should be able to independently define, build and validate realistic simulation models for components, board level and system level reliability for consumer and ICT's products. (e.g, mobile phone, pad, relay modules etc).

6. Conducts fishbone analysis, DOE analysis, FMEA anaylsis during the product design phase to identify reliability risks

7. Familiarize with conventional reliability test standards (for both packaging, board level, module level and product reliability) and should be able to conduct testing methods including material characterization methods.

8. Familiar with Abaqus, moldflow, Hyperworks is a plus.
