Postdoc position in collaboration with industry on numerical simulation of material deposition process

A postdoc position is available immediately at Department of Chemical Eingeering in Universisty of Alabama. The project is focused on the numerical simulation of electrochemical growth of metals in confirmed geometry. Competitive salary and benefits are offered. This job offers a good opportunity to collaborate with fortune 500 companies. 

The candidate should: 1. have a PhD degree in a STEM field; 2. be available soon; 3. have a strong background in numerical simulation with matlab, fortran, COMSOL, or other similar softwares; 4. preferably have experience in fluidics, or fluid mechanics; 5. be self-motivated and have good verbal and writing communication skills.
