If you write in Microsoft Word, you may not want to paste the text directly into the window of "Body".  Microsoft Word puts in a large amount of formatting which is incompatible with every blog engine.  The result is a bad looking post. 

To make your post look nice, click on the Microsoft Word icon in the toolbar in the "Body" section. A new window will pop up.  Paste your text into this window, and then click "Update" at the bottom left corner of the window.
