Graduate Research Opportunities at UBC-Vancouver

There are openings for two fully funded graduate M.A.Sc student research assistantships in my new group at Department of Mechanical Engineering, The University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. Interested students with strong academic background and  interest in theory and experiments in the areas of dynamics and vibrations, applied (solid) mechanics of materials are encouraged to contact me at srikanthubc@gmail.com  Familiarity with computational packages ANSYS, ABAQUS, MATLAB is desirable. The succesful candidates will join as M.A.Sc students first, and then complete a PhD.
