Ph.D. position in Mechanical Engineering at Villanova University - Fall 2018

There is one open Ph.D. student position fully funded in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Villanova University. The position starts Fall 2018. The successful applicant will work with Dr. David Cereceda in the Multiscale Modeling and Machine Learning (M3L) Laboratory on interdisciplinary research topics that involve Computational Mechanics, Multiscale Modeling of Materials and Machine Learning.

Tenure-Track Faculty Position - Oregon State University - Computational Materials Science

The Schools of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position within the area of computational materials science.  Expertise is sought in modeling at the material microstructure and interface level using methods such as molecular dynamics, dislocation dynamics, ab-initio, and phase field modeling.  Appointment may be in either School depending on disciplinary alignment.
