Looking for a postdoc research position in the area of mechanical behavior of materials

My name is Zhan Zhixin and I got my PhD diploma of solid mechanics at Beihang University at January 16th, 2016. Now I'm looking for a postdoc research position in solid mechanics.

My Ph.D research program is about the experimental method for and theoretical research on the fatigue life calculation of defected structure based on damage mechanics, which focus on the fatigue failure analysis of metallic materials with impact or scratch defect considering residual stress, plastic damage and fatigue damage.

We are offering a post doc position to investigate the behavior of copper under cyclic loading. The goal is to propose a multiscale approach based on a self consistent scheme. The candidate will also have the opportunity to develop FEM calculations based on crystal plasticity. The work will be canducted in Metz, france and in collaboration with  K. Kowalczyk gajewska from IPPT in warsaw.
