Research Experience

During working on the projects supported by the NSF and Ministry, I have carried on long time research on the following topics:
 Design and fabrication of several kinds of inertial microsensors(threshold accelerometers);
 Design and fabrication of a mini-testing platform for centrifugal experiments;
 Analysis of the nonlinear mechanics of post buckling structures and bistable microstructures;
 Design of a test-bed for post-buckling structures and prestressed structures;
 Analysis of the pull-in phenomena of the permanent magnetic structures and electrostatically driven structures;
 Analytical model of electrically actuated scanning probe in electrostatic force microscopy;
 Computation of electrostatic forces with edge effects for microstructures;
 Analysis of the nonlinear gas film damping characteristic of microdevices;
 Dynamic design method and finite element methods;
 Design and simulation software: ANSYS, AutoCAD, Solidworks 3D, Visual B, C++, Dreamveaver, Matlab, Ansoft, IDEAS
