Open-source computational frameworks for multi-physics/phase simulations, optimization, uncertainty quantification, surrogate modeling and parameter studies
Numerical modeling packages, Elmer FEM and OpenFOAM, have been coupled with Sandia Dakota, a toolbox for data analytics. All three software packages are open-source.
More information on each of these packages can be found here:
Elmer FEM: https://www.csc.fi/web/elmer
OpenFOAM: https://openfoam.org/
Sandia Dakota: https://dakota.sandia.gov/
Capabilities: Provides open-source frameworks for multi-physics/phase simulations, optimization, uncertainty quantification, surrogate modeling, parallel computing and parameter studies.
Scripts developed to interface
1. Elmer FEM with Sandia Dakota
2. OpenFOAM with Sandia Dakota
along with examples are available on my Github page -- https://github.com/AnjaliSandip
