The position is in the framework of Innovation Foundation project “DURALEDGE/ Durable leading edges for high tip speed wind turbine blades".</p>
<p>Responsibilities and tasks<br />
- development of computational models to evaluate various protective coatings of the wind turbine blades, with view of their lifetime and rain erosion resistance,<br />
- numerical modelling of microscale degradation and fatigue of wind turbine blade coatings under multiple liquid impacts, using finite element software Abaqus and Python programming language. </p>
<p>Location: Roskilde, Denmark.<br />
Duration: 15 months</p>
