I am using Moving_heatflux_R150_v3 ACT extension.But while try to solve a simple transient problem,it shows the following error-

SOLVE is not a recognized PREP7 command, abbreviation, or macro. This command will be ignored.

Is it the problem with the extension? If yes can it possible to edit it?

I did not find Moving Heat flux ACT extension for ANSYS Workbench 15.0 in the web.It can be downloaded from ansys customer portal by a licensed user.As I am not a licensed user I am not able to download the extension.Can anybody download it and send it to my mail.I shall be ever grateful to him.My email id is-  mandal.samrat468@gmail.com.The link to the customer portal-https://support.ansys.com/portal/site/AnsysCustomerPortal

I want to do a transient thermal analysis in butt welded joint.The heat flow I have given 3200 watt(Q = efficiency x current x voltage = 0.8 x 160 amp x 25 volt)to the welding zone, given 20 load step(as welding is completed in 20 sec),convection co-efficient = 11.14, emissivity = .4 and applied both boundary condition convection and radiation on every surface except welding zone. But after solving the minimum temperature of the plate is coming in negative.Can anybody tell me what i am missing?
