1. Introduction
Dear Colleagues,
We cordially invite you to submit abstracts to the 4th Mini-Symposium on 4M (Modeling of Multiphysics-Multiscale-Multifunctional) Engineering Materials and Structures in the Engineering Mechanics Institute conference 2019 at Caltech during June 18-21, 2019.
Submission link: http://emi2019.caltech.edu/home
Deadline: Jan 30, 2019
A postdoc position is available in the Qiming Wang group at the University of Southern California. The successful candidate is expected to work on the additive manufacturing of architected materials.
The candidates with the following research backgrounds are welcome to apply: (1) polymer synthesis and characterization, (2) photopolymerization-based additive manufacturing (e.g., stereolithography, two-photon, PolyJet, and others), and/or (3) mechanics of smart materials and structures.
Good oral and written English skills are required.
