I am studying mechanical engineering at NITT and want to do further studies in aerodynamics. Please can anyone list the companies in India that carry out research in Aerodynamics.....

Very few, I'd guess.
May be you'd want to try H.A.L. Mayebe you'd want to try ISRO. India doesn't make it's own planes, so I'd say the state of aerodynamic research is not all that great.
