Postdoc Positions in Cell Mechanics and Soft Matter at Peking University (Beijing, China)

Several postdoc positions are open in 'Cell mechanics' and 'Soft Matter' in Department of Mechanics and Engineering Science at Peking University.

Research Area #1:
Theoretical modeling and molecular dynamics simulations on (1) the interaction between nanomaterials and cell membranes, (2) endocytosis/phagocytosis, (3) cell migration.

Research Area #2:
Theoretical modeling and computational simulations on the mechanics of (1) polymer capsules and (2) architectured materials in engineering and biology.

Applicants with the following background and areas of expertise are particularly welcomed: solid mechanics/applied physics, molecular dynamics simulations, and finite element simulations.
