Final reminder for abstract submission - Conference on Multiscale Materials Modeling

Dear Colleagues,

Hope this finds everyone well.

Please consider submitting an abstract to the Symposium 15 "Modeling and Design of Architected Materials" at the 10th International Conference on Multiscale Materials Modeling that will take place in Baltimore in October 19-23, 2020.

The deadline for abstract submission is March 31.

This symposium will discuss the latest advances in computational design and modeling of architected materials.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
• Multiscale material-structure design algorithms (topology, shape, and parametric optimization)
• Modeling of mechanical and acoustic metamaterials
• Modeling of hierarchical and bioinspired materials
• Modeling of multifunctional architected materials
• Nonlinear mechanics and failure of architected materials
