Computing facilities at Argonne National Laboratory
Hi
Please check out this interesting facilities at
http://www.alcf.anl.gov/index.php
ANL has user facility, which can cater your computing needs to run large problem including large MD simulation. They have many platform available including new facility they are constructing right now.
See their computing and storage resources

More info from:
start----
Intrepid (IBM Blue Gene/P) Configuration:
Intrepid is
an IBM Blue Gene/P system with 40,960 quad-core compute nodes (163,840
processors) and 80 terabytes of memory. Peak performance is 557
teraflops.
BG/P compute nodes are each connected
to multiple inter-node networks, including a high-performance,
low-latency 3D-torus, a highly scalable collective network, and a fast
barrier network. GPFS provides a robust and stable home directory file
system as well as the parallel input/output data file system.
Intrepid is used for production scientific and engineering computing.
Surveyor (IBM Blue Gene/P) Configuration:
Surveyor is an IBM Blue Gene/P system with 1,024
quad-core nodes (4,096 processors) and 2 terabytes
of memory. Peak performance is 13.9 teraflops.
BG/P compute nodes are each connected to multiple
inter-node networks, including a high-performance,
low-latency 3D-torus, a highly scalable collective
network, and a fast barrier network.
PVFS provides a high-performance parallel input/output data file system.
Surveyor is used for tool and application porting,
software testing and optimization, and systems
software development.
Eureka Configuration:
Eureka
provides visualization and data analytics to transform data from the
Blue Gene/P into useful knowledge. It is the world's largest
installation of NVIDIA Quadro Plex S4 external graphics processing
units (GPUs) at this time. The powerful installation offers 100 dual
quad core servers with 200 Quadro FX5600 GPUs in the S4s. Eureka offers
more than 111 TF of computer power and more than 3.2 TB of RAM (5% of
Intrepid RAM). It is currently operating in pre-production mode.
