Progressive Damage Models.

Hi Every One

 Since Abaqus does not allow one to implement Hashin's Damage criteria for 3D, does any one know how to get around this. I dont think I will be able to write my own UMAT or VUMAT because I still a beginner and have a long way to go before i start coding in Non-Linear FEA. Can some one please be kind enough to share there code , if they have it. The code given in the manual (essentially for 2D continum shells)when i tried to run it comes out with a system 144 error and I was told that the code given in the manual is not compatible for Abaqus 6.8. Is that true ? Please help me ou. Thank You
