The plot that you have given indicates one or both of the following:
1) The initial elastic moduli are different for your implementation vs the built-in model
2) The strain rates are different for the two models (your implementation uses a larger strain rate)
One way to check the values is to plug-in value of plastic strain, strain rate, and temperature and to calculate what the expected yield stress is from either model.
