my name is krishna. Iam working on ansys modelling of electrical discharge machining electrode wear. I have to model this phenomenon using ansys software. IF any body knows it plz help me regarding this modelling

IN micro EDM Voltage potential is applied between the electrode and work piece. After some time Discharge takes place between the tool and work piece at nearest gap. A spark is generated at the end of the tool. Electric filed intensity is high at the end of the tool so wear occurs more at the corner of the tool. I want to model this phenomenon. and make simulation of tool wear. This is my problem.

Can someone please clarify
Can someone please clarify the following problem that occurs in my analysis....
I import a product from Solid Works as an '.igs' file. It gets imported
as a line diagram. I mesh the lines and apply the necessary
constraints. I then apply a minor load of 100N. But when i solve it,
the software claims an error that the load on the particular node
exceeded the limit of 1000000N. Can someone please clarify the problem?
It is very urgent and important.
ANSYS Modeling
I am modeling Concrete filled tubular column (CFT) in ANSYS, but unable to plot Load-deformation curve for the CFT. So if anyone is using ANSYS and can suggest something about data plotting. The model is consisting of concrete core confined with steel tube. the pressure is applied at the top with a loading plate (rigid) i.e simulating laboratory conditions where the CFT is placed between two plates. The bottom plate is fixed and top plate is gradually moved downwards till failure.
