Need help on IntelFortran, Microsoft Visual Studio and Abaqus coupling for user-defined coding

We recently encountered a technical issue when coupling
IntelFortran, Microsoft Visual Studio and Abaqus to run user-defined coding. We
had followed the standard coupling procedure used in our previous machines that
are running 32-bit windows.  However, our new Dell work station comes with
a 64-bit windows 7 professional. I attached the messages from ABAQUS command
and CAE windows below. The procedure we followed are as follows: 

1- The Intel Fortran is installed

2- The Visual studio 2009 is installed.

3- The Abaqus 6.10 is installed.

4- The User-variables and System variables are set as indicated in
the following.

5- The target for CAE, command and verification is set as
indicated in the following.

6- The Abaqus command verifies all requirements are passed, as
shown in the following.

7- Once the CAE windows come up it says: " The specified
configuration type is missing.  The tools for the configuration might not
be installed."

 The issue might be in the defined User-variable, System-variables
or Targets. We could not identify the issue despite repeated tries. I would be extremely grateful
if you could offer us some advise on this matter. Many thanks in advance

Once the CAE is turned on, the following error message is shown on
the ABAQUS CAE command window which indicates the coupling between CAE and
Microsoft visual studio has not been built properly!
