[Free Webinar] Structural Analysis Considering the Molding History of Resin Molded Products
This webinar introduces a new workflow that links resin flow analysis and structural analysis based on a multiscale approach ⇒ Sign Me Up
Overview
Multiscale technology enables the observation of anisotropic material behavior and obtaining material constants based on a microstructure FE model that consist of fibers and resin, which include voids in some cases. By compiling material constants for various microstructures as a database, you can accurately map the distribution of fiber orientation to material constants. The multi-scale theory facilitates structural analysis of resin-molded products, addressing not only elastoplastic problems but also diverse nonlinear behaviors such as viscoelasticity, creep, and so on.
