I am trying to simulate and spring analysis by using concentrated force on Abaqus 6.9.

Job cannot be performed due to the following warning and error. May i know the solution!

***WARNING: THE AVERAGE FORCE USED TO ENFORCE CONTACT CONSTRAINTS AT NODE
                    SPRING-1.86 IS 383.736E+03   TIMES LARGER THAN THE
                    AVERAGE ON THE OTHER ELEMENTS IN THE MODEL.

 ***ERROR: TOO MANY ATTEMPTS MADE FOR THIS INCREMENT
