The effects of boron doping and boron grafts on the mechanical behaviour of armchair (6, 6)
and zigzag (10, 0) single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) under axial loading are
investigated using the molecular dynamics (MD) simulation method. The results show that
Young’s moduli, the tension strength, the buckling loads and the buckling strains of SWCNTs
decrease after functionalization. The influences of the distribution density of functionalization
on Young’s moduli of SWCNTs are also systematically studied. The results show that Young’s

in the order to perfom a calculation of Tsai-Wu Fc in Ansys there are two fundamentally different methods:
1. with the help of nodal stresses.
2. or with the stresses from the element table.
I want to know what is the difference, and which method, according to your experience is the best.

I am writing an umat for Progressive Damage modeling for 3d Composites.
when I am compiling my Umat i got an error which says
The executable /raid/software/64/abaqus/6.8-1/exec/standard.exe
aborted with system error "Illegal floating point operation" (signal 8).
I checked out my code many times but i dont find any wrong,Can any one please help me out to resolve this issue.
