modeling of composite cylinder in abaqus

i am working on composite risers and it has inner steel liner and carbon epoxy layers ,where there are  19 layers with 88 and 0 degree orientation alternatively. plss help me in modeling it.

1) i have assumed nu12 =nu23 for transverse isotropy case. i needed engineering constants to give as material properties. am i right???

2)how to create local coordinate system and assign it material orintation.

3) Odd layers i.e. 1 3 5 .. 19. in these hoop stresses are checked and i am getting behavior of higher at inner layers and it is decreasing as we move to outside layers. and problem is in even layers where radial and axial stresses are showing increasing behavior from inner to outside. where i  have gone wrong????

4) to calculate analyticaly the hoop stresses and radial stresses in composite cylinder. may i know the procedure please.

 

please help me.
