velocity correction SPH
Mon, 2007-06-04 14:06 - Frank Zoellner
Hello Everybody,
Monaghan suggested for the SPH velocity correction an epsilon value of 0.5. If i use that in my code, my fluid behaves like pudding, not like water. It behaves like water when i use 0.001 or something similar. My start conditions are: rho = 1000, smoothing length h = particle spacing dx, sampling neighbours within a radius of 2h. Has anybody an idea?
Regards,
Frank

resolved the problem
ok, with a separation of the 'real' particle velocity and the XSPH correction velocity it's allright.
