I want to translate a paper''On an applicability of discontinuous model to crack problems'' published in JSME( japanese language)  into English.But the Pdf file is password protected so i don't know how can i do this?

I want to know about the basics of stroh fromulation and its application in Piezoelectric material.I didn't find the basic lecture notes or the material regarding that on the internet.
