whats mean by final research, is it msc thesis or for phd start?

I am Sachin from PUNE, INDIA. I am MTech in Mechanical Engineering Design and presently working in one of the research center of German based OEM. I am very much interested to carry out my PhD thesis in vibration.
I have a small request. Can you please give me an idea for this. Is there any open position (funded) in your university in Vibration.

I will be definitely happy to help you if I can. Please keep a regular eye on iMechanica for job opening. Go through the website of different faculties in your area of work in different universities. Read their current work. Contact them with your latest CV (with publication), GRE, TOEFL score etc . Ask them if their is any open position for which you might be good enough. You have to do survey .
