Submitted by Laure Ballu on

During the Acta Astronautica Editorial Board held at the 61st IAC, Prague September 2010, Editor-in-Chief Rupert Gerzer announced that due to his steadily and steeply increasing work load at the DLR, he felt it best to turn the reins of Editor-in-Chief over to the very qualified and able (Rock) Jeng-Shing Chern who has served as Comission IV Editor since 2008. You can read Rock's editorial on ScienceDirect http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0094576511001020
