New journal Géotechnique Letters now gives access to 10 papers for free. Please have a look at the following announcement from ICE Publishing:

We're excited to
announce that the first 10 Géotechnique Letters papers are now available
to access free.  Don't miss out, click
here to access the latest and most innovative geotechnical research and
practice
.

Géotechnique
Letters
is intended to foster the quick exchange of the latest advances
and most current ideas without the delays imposed by printed journals, whilst
still maintaining rigorous peer reviewing standards.  Papers are
published within eight week of submission.

Content
published in Géotechnique Letters will have the same status as any other
journal publication. Should authors wish to submit a related article to any
other journal, including Géotechnique, and that article be on a similar
topic, they must reference Géotechnique Letters and not repeat any sections
of text or illustrations.

If you would like
to publish with Géotechnique Letters, then please email
me
a brief outline of your paper.  All published work will be
fully free to view in 2011 and 2012 on ICE Virtual Library and will be reviewed by a prestigious international
advisory panel.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind
regards,

Ben Ramster
Journals Editorial Manager
