is there any commercial software or open source program for multiscale modelling of CNT and nanocomposites??

"DIGIMAT" software is really strong in simulation of composites. It has different modules like MF,FE,.. so you would have a variety in various aspects of siumlation of composites.
I have to say it is a commercial software and you do need a license to use it...
