Non linear material property not captured in ANSYS simulation

Hi,

I analyzed one component with non linear material properties (Al material). I am using a multilinear kinematic hardening material model for this simulation . The plastic strain - stress properties are given as input after the yield point (YST ~ 48ksi). At the end of analysis, stress value of ~55 ksi observed at certain location. But the plastic strain is zero. From the stress - plastic strain table that I have given as input I expect it to show about 0.01 plastic strain. But I didn't get that value.

If anybody have faced similar issues and solved it or have some idea about what the problem could be, please help me out...
