Hi
I am working on Progressive failure of Composite Laminates. I am using Hashin failure criteria for this analysis and I gave all necessary required properties. I am using (45/-45/0/90) 2s composite conventional sell element (s4r5).
My question is how to find out failure elements at what load in output. If I am using field ouput then it comes in meshed picture but not able to locate it. And if I am using outputs in history output then it is not easy to read all the thousand result. Even it is showing error before submitting a job that MAX_HISTORY_OUTPUT reaches limit of 10000.
Please help me to short out the problem.

Hashin damage
hello rakesh
do u have johnson cook damage initiation property for low carbon steels

hi
I suggest you that first you know steel grade ex.- AISI 316L steel, it is just example and then refine your search to related journals, there you get some information.
Progressive Failure of Composite Laminates
Hello
I think you cannot request a failure elements at specific load. However, variables such as (DMICRT, HSNFTCRT, HSNFCCRT and HSNMTCRT) which relate specifically to damage initiation at a material point in the fiber-reinforced composite damage model can be requested. These variables indicate whether an initiation criterion in a damage mode has been satisfied or not, a value that is less than 1.0 indicates that the criterion has not been satisfied, while a value of 1.0 or higher indicates that the criterion has been satisfied.
Hope my answer is helpful.
