Postdoc Position in Computational Materials Design at JHU

Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Fellow research position
in computational materials design at Johns Hopkins University, Department of
Civil Engineering.  The Fellow will focus
on nonlinear modeling of materials and components and must have a strong,
demonstrated background in solid, thermal, and/or fluid mechanics.  Code writing ability and parallel processing
experience is highly desired. Knowledge of design optimization is preferred.
Applicants must hold a PhD in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.
