Webinar: System Level Analysis & Simulation for MEMS

The NNIN/C at the University of Michigan will be hosting a presentation on ”System Level Analysis & Simulation for MEMS”, which will be broadcast live as a web based seminar. 

 The Webinar will be webcast live from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT on 31st October, 2012. 

 IntelliSuite was the first MEMS-specific CAD tool and has been under active development for over 20 years. This webinar will explore how SYNPLE, a system-level simulator for multi-scale phenomenon can help MEMS design professionals and researchers. This webinar will cover: basic schematic system design, simulations using built in comprehensive element libraries, automated mask synthesis, schematic based 3D system modeling, data analysis using the WaveRunner tool, and an example involving macromodel system validation.
